Project: Real Estate Brochure for the building 5000 Marine Drive on Chicago 's Lakefront

Design Objective: 5000 Marine Drive is a Cooperative Apartment building rather than a Condominium. The brochure needed to describe the technical differences between a Cooperative and a Condominium while drawing potential buyers into the unique history of the building as a residence for actors of Essanay Studios when Chicago was the country's Film capital. The copper and gray color scheme was derived from the art deco murals in the building's lobby.
