Product Development Objective: At one time elegant and festive these handmade paper lanterns on wire bases are bold but beautiful Halloween accents. The yellow moon is made from an inset of thinner paper and glows brighter than the surrounding orange paper. They are intended for tealight use but an electrified version is available.
