Being a manufacturer as well as a reseller Celebrate Express has the opportunity to do things that others in the busines can’t. Here we had evidence in past sales to suggest that offering assorted partware sets rather than sets of all the same design would be a value added feature that our customers would appreciate. To confirm the data we were examining we set up a customer survey to determine customer reaction to this direction and to give us additional information on pricepoint latitude.

Here customers clearly indicated that they prefered the assorted sets and that they would be willing to pay more for it.
